- La Poste is now named "La poste telecom". This affects all La Poste ranges in France.
- Stour Marine confirmed that new range 324808 in Belgium is theirs (added last week under the name "Stour"). Many thanks to Robert Jones for the confirmation.
- 95144xxxxx and 9543202xxxx were previously marked as VOIP belonging to Myanmar Posts and Telecommunications (MPT). We now list these as GEOGRAPHIC.

Gone dark companies
- Dust Mobile (France) Cyber defense and resilience MNO, Dust Mobile, have had their range removed in France (3374308xxxx, MOBILE, France). They still have a range listed in Belgium, but their website appears to be down and we expect the Belgium range to be removed soon. The CEO of Dust Mobile has marked that he left the company in August 2024.
- Spring Mobil AB Following the acquisition of Spring Mobil AB by Tele2, we finally have seen the last of the Spring Mobile AB name in Sweden and ranges which were assigned to Spring Mobile now have been announced by Tele2.
- Votel Geographic numbering belonging to Votel in France has been removed (3316233xxxx,3342431, France +33 GEOGRAPHIC) and this company is now flagged as
Existing ranges broken out
In the USA dedicated VOIP ranges seem to be being sub-assigned to other VOIP companies:
- The 1352845 USA VOIP range was previously marked as all FIVE9 INC, but now we see that 13528451 has been assigned to BANDWIDTH.COM. All the remaining range of 1352845 is still with FIVE9.
- The 1234418 USA VOIP range previously was all assigned to CALLWORKS CORP but now we see that 12344180, 12344188, and 12344189 are assigned to NEW CINGULAR WRLS GA. The rest of the 1234418 range is still with CALLWORKS CORP.
- The Estonia range 372541214xx was previously only assigned to Osauhing Top Connect. Now we see that Telia have announced sub ranges and so this range is broken out between Osauhing Top Connect and Telia Eesti AS.
Existing ranges tightened up
In Sweden, Tele2 have updated the naming of the previous Spring Mobil AB ranges, which means that 46765xxxxxx is all now flagged as Tele2 with no breakouts.

Videotron in Canada have announced 1263385xxxxx and 1263386xxxxx (Canada +1, MOBILE) to complement 1263380-4. This gives them 7 out of the 10 one-hundred thousand-blocks of 126338xxxxx. Videotron previously had 240 x one-hundred-thousand blocks of MOBILE numbering in Canada, so they have acquired an additional 1% increase in numbering provision.
Still in Canada, Dryden Mobility have announced 1807214xxxx. This complements their one previous range of 1807214xxxx and doubles their effective MOBILE numbering to twenty-thousand numbers. Dryden have an existing portfolio of ranges.
Brazil announced many new ranges, as is typical for the region, too many to list in this update, see the newsletter or support@e164.com for more info. 6 new SHARED_COST ranges did catch the eye of the e164 team. These were added this last week:
