Report an Update

Report errors, omissions and updates. All reports are assessed by our numbering team within 1 working day 1am-5pm Mon-Fri UTC. It make take some time to verify range ownership with regulators.

Range holders

If a regulator or national administration has allocated you a numbering range and your range has not appeared on e164.com you can speed up the detection process by notifying us via email.

To help us verify and record your allocation quickly, include:

  • Your organisation and the country / territory
  • The allocating regulator or administration
  • The range(s) or prefix(es) allocated, in full E.164 format
  • The date of allocation and the service type
  • A reference or copy of the official allocation notice

We will confirm the allocation with the regulator where possible.

I want to report an error or update

If you are not a range holder and have noticed an error, an out-of-date entry, or error that should be corrected in our data, submit an update notice. It helps our research team if you include:

  • The country / territory affected
  • The operator, range, or code in question
  • What is incorrect or has changed, and what it should be
  • Any source or evidence we can check

Our team will confirm changes where possible with the national regulator or range holder.
