This state-owned company was formed in 2014 but only recently(ish) was assigned spectrum, acquiring a 5G license in 2019. They plan to deploy a 700 Mhz 5G network nationwide, using a partnership deal with China Mobile for joint network construction and access. They have been allocated their first numbering range, but it's a big one, taking a broad allocation of 86192xxxxxxxx. This allows a distinct 100 million MSISDNs.

This is the first numbering anywhere in the world that we have seen for Dialpad Inc. Dialpad are HQ'd in the USA, so acquiring numbering in France as their first country may be indicative of a more friendly regulator.

This is an unknown entity for e164.com. We've seen three ranges registered in Mexico as Geographic, for "IGNACIO SÁNCHEZ GUTIÉRREZ". This seems to be a person's name, rather than a company name. Our sleuths did find that there's an Autonomous System Number registered for Asespri in Mexico using the same full name. Whether they are related or not we don't know, we have emailed Asespri to try and find out.

Existing companies - New ranges
We detected 6365 unique new ranges this last week, from companies already allocated numbering in their respective countries.
As usual the USA has kept us busy with 1459 new ranges added, 300 of which were for NEW CINGULAR WRLS.
A notable new number of prefixes were added for Telia Eesti AS in Estonia. Telia added 214 new ranges just in Estonia, which brings the total number of ranges allocated to Telia (and its many entities) in the e164 numbering plan to 46,989 unique ranges. Considering some of the ranges are very wide, we might have the team look into which telecoms group has the most unique numbering in the world and start a league.

Netherlands we have added All premium rate number ranges that *may* be allocated. This is whilst we resolve an issue with Netherlands numbering.
*Service Numbers. In the United Kingdom 4487 and 4483 are technically not "Premium rate" services. However there is an additional charge above the standard calling charge to ring these numbers.
