We've had a large update to the Netherlands in general, following announcements from the regulator and industry. More details in some of the asections below.

VoipGrow have taken a large number of ranges in the Netherlands, all flagged currently as Geographic although we expect these will be updated to VOIP soon.
In total they have 142 new ranges, with a pool of approximately 430,000 unique numbers available at their disposal.

Ranges dropped

A total of 8108 prefixes were dropped this last update!

Gone dark companies

These companies were totally removed in these countries. These companies no longer have numbering in these countries and these ranges have been recovered by the relevant regulator:

• GoedkoperVoIP - Netherlands. Removed their only range 31851150 (Netherlands, +31, Geographic/VOIP)
• InterNext BV - Netherlands. Removed their only range 31134000 (Netherlands, +31, Geographic)
• MyProvider BV - Netherlands. Removed their only range 31850686 (Netherlands, +31, Geographic)
• Wello systems - France. Removed 6 ranges in France +33.
• Xeloq Communications LTD - Netherlands. Removed their only range 31850686 (Netherlands, +31, Geographic)

Telephone Number Ranges which have changed companies

These number prefixes still exist, but the whole range has been migrated from the source company to a new company.

1850 BV -> CMCOM Netherlands BV - (Netherlands, +31)

CAPROCK TELECOMM TX -> PAETEC ITEL LLC - (USA, +1)
338 ranges which were previously still listed under the Caprock Telecom brand have finally officially been moved to Paetec. Caprock actually sold in 2017.
PAETEC ITEL now have 12377 different ranges allocated to their name for the USA +1 region.

Dean One BV -> Gamma Communications Nederland B.V. - (Netherlands, +31)
All ranges in the Netherlands previously allocated to Dean One BV have now officially been reassigned to Gamma Communications.
Gamma acquired the Netherlands based Dead One (DX Group BV) in 2018.

Easynet Nederland BV -> EXA Infrastructure Netherlands B.V. - (Netherlands, +31)
All prefixes for Easynet Nederland are now assigned to EXA Infrastructure Netherlands.
EXA Infrastructure are new in the Netherlands, and it appears that the original numbering assigned to Easynet has made it's way to EXA via the acquisition of Easynet by Interroute in 2015 and then the acquisition of Interoute by GTT Communications in 2018.
